Ngwe Saung Beach
Ngwe Saung Beach, which looks like a crescent is full of coconut palms and it is significantly 14 KM long. It is due west of Pathein, the Capital of the Ayeyarwaddy Division, and the road is about 45 KM. It is also about 14 KM south of Chauntha Beach and you can be reached by road from Yangon taking about 6 hours drive.

Chaung tha Beach
Chaungtha, newly developed beach is located 40 KM to the west of Pathein in Ayeyarwaddy Division. A regular double decked boat leaves Yangon about 4 PM every evening and reaches Pathein early in the next morning and bus drive from Pathein to Chaungtha takes about 2 hours. It can also be reached by road from Yangon via Pathein taking about 5 hours.
