Lake Inle, the Jewel of Shan State, is located about 32 KM to the north-east of Heho Airport. This vast beautiful and picturesque Lake, sheltered among the hazy blue mountains of 1524 meters, stretches 22.4 KM long and 10.2 KM wide. Inle Lake is famous for its unique leg-rowers, floating villages, colourful floating garden and impressive floating market.
