4 Days - Rakhine Extension
( Yangon / Sittway / Mrauk-U / Yangon )
Day 1 Yangon - Sittway - Mrauk U
Transfer to airport, fly to Sittway, the capital of
Rakhine State. On arrival Sittway transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch enjoy a five hours boat trip to
Mrauk-U, the ancient and last capital of Rakhine Kingdom. On arrival
Mrauk U transfer to hotel. Dinner at local restaurant , overnight at hotel.
Day 2 Mrauk-U
Visit the old temples with the fresco, mural paintings showing the
Indian cultural influences. Lunch & dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 Mrauk-U - Sittway
Visit the local market , Bandoola Monastery , museum and old palace excavation. Take a boat trip to
Sittway along the Kalatan River . Lunch at local restaurant . Visit culture museum. Evening, walking along the beach to the view point. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 Sittway - Yangon
After visiting the local market transfer to airport and fly back
Yangon.
